City Year Boston is very much a learning organization, and their space was
re-designed a few years ago to encourage creativity and idea generation.
There are a number of conference rooms with whiteboard walls that can be
written on. There are small "think pods" with comfortable seating for 2
to 4. Finally, there is a big, open meeting and training space with
bleachers on wheels. With this large space, City Year is able to host a
number of trainings that involve multiple organizations coming together.
This is another way in which City Year is able to reach out to others.
