For those of you who are involved in research or teaching related to
communication in organizations you may want to join the Communication At
Work Discussion list. Seems to fit here considering the discussions on
things like org. change, leadership, etc.

Small, low volume, its focus is the discussion of all aspects of workplace
communication (manager-employee, interpersonal, corporate, strategic,
etc), hopefully from a practical perspective.

If you are working with managers, feel free to direct them to the
resource.
