I find this to be a fascinating and valuable metaphor for what learning
organisations should be--that is to say, taking people from a known
"universe" and helping them find a way to a "new" one (and one which
neither of you may have been able to anticipate). To me this is what
growth and creativity are all about--helping people learn how to find new
ways of seeing things, and also providing means ("wormholes") for them
move to a new space to execute their new vision, helping others to learn
in the process. Please tell us more about your concpet and your
experiences.

All the best

Richard
