Replying to LO21737 --

Some key words you used: "...in such a way that another person can
retrieve that "experience" or "knowledge" and make some use out of it."

Make some use of it....is the caveat. Two people read the same book. One
knows the character of the author or primary subject, the other does not.
Why?

I have experienced a true feeling of peace in my life. I was calm, open,
gentle and ready to accept my passing. Have you now experienced it because
you understand how I felt? No. You might gain a feeling of peace and not
describe it the same, yet maybe better. Why?

I referee soccer at all age groups, during high competition matches I
apply the laws of the game in a less strict manner than at lower levels.
Each referee is told that must be flexibility. However, I see many
referees not adjusting from high levels to lower levels, causing some
problems. We have experienced the same levels of refereeing and been told
the same things. Some do it better at adjusting than others. Why? They
know the information, do they have the knowledge?
