My name is Brian Morse and I work with the Veterans Hospital
Administration in the Veterans Evidence Based Research Dissemination
Implementation Center (VERDICT). We are currently researching how
knowledge management principles can be used to help VA hospitals run more
efficiently and improve the quality of care. More specifically, we are
interested in instruments (surveys, questionnaires, etc.) that measure
knowledge management practices in an organization that have some data
showing their validity. We were considering modifying the Knowledge
Management Assessment Tool (KMAT) or the Team Learning Inventory (TLI) but
we are not aware of any available data concerning the validity of these
tests.
I was hoping someone looking at your listserve might know of some
supporting data for the KMAT or TLI or be familiar with other instruments
that measure knowledge management practices. If you can help us, or know
of anyone who can, please contact me at sfbmorse@yahoo.com

Thank you for your time,

Brian Morse
