I am trying to discover if there are participants in the LO dialogue who
have an interest in applying the principles of learning organizations to
work with faith communities / churches. While I understand that an
explicitly theological approach to LO/OD topics within the business
community is, with very few exceptions, inadmissible, in my own work with
faith communities I have found opportunities for a powerful synthesis. Are
there others out there who share this interest and who feel some sense of
calling about bringing valuable processes and insights such as those found
in this listserv to the life of faith communities? If so, does this list
offer the opportunity to build community around such a topic? I welcome
your thoughts.
