Just a thought. What does "...take a more natural, open and authentic
approach to their marketing relationships" mean? I see some labels there
that might counter the overall culture these people have to live in or may
even be biases toward them that may not be true. Perhaps they see
themselves as natural, open and authentic.

Within any system can be a component that we don't understand or agree
with, but that works. So I wonder if a different thought would work. Get
them to identify and label their "natural state" and work with it, not
against it.
