Taking into account the diversity of workers' interests in a hospital, I
would like to post the following questions:
Could we use knowledge management in a hospital?
How could a hospital be turned into a learning organisation?
What are the procedures we should follow?
Is there any experience on that?
In Greece, our hospitals have not implemented quality assurance programs.
How could we use the theory of the learning organisation without any
experience? Is it possible? or TQM should come first?
