The following 'trust-detectors' have been suggested by a colleague (Gary
Boyd):
In a community:
1. The amount of time the members give to each other, without first
negotiating a reciprocal benefit;
2. The extent of credit the members give to each other freely for their
achievements and contributions; and
3. A responsible use of the tit-for-tat strategy (against those who breach
the trust).
