Denilson,

I would suggest that you look at National Education Training Group
homepage. They are a major distance learning and CBT (computer based
training) provider and have some good White Papers on many of the areas
you mention, as below...

http://www.netg.co.uk/english/ngfrset1.htm

"Discussion Papers
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A Frame of Reference: NETg's Map to its Products, their Structures and Core
Beliefs
Benefit and Value of Multimedia Learning Systems: Learning by Design
The Skill Builder Philosophy: Learning by Design
Skill Builder 5.0 Anytime, Anywhere Learning
The NETg Mastery Testing Strategy
Instructional Principles for Adult Learners: Learning by Design
Tale of Two Curricula - Windows NT 3.5x Support Curricula
NETg Internet Directions"

Obviously they are all written from NETg's perspective, but having
managed Asia for them for 4 years I can testify that several are well
worth reading.

Happy to talk further.
