I've enjoyed the discussion about the issue of leadership. Especially
contributors thoughts on the importance of moral and ethical content. I
am currently considering recruitment practices for Chief Executive Officer
positions within the public sector, which also take into account
applicants' morals.
I'm interested in any practical application of integrity checks OR other
possibilities for assessing the morals of possible leaders in the public
sector.
Any suggestions or advice?
