I highly recommend that everyone read selectively. Please don't try to read
everything. Don't take the view that you have to read everything before you
write, or we'll lose many valuable contributions! (There are other internet
discussions where this would be a breach of netiquette.)

A corollary is that we must all accept it as perfectly OK that a person
posting may not have seen some earlier msgs!

Some people may keep a personal archive, as Artur mentions. Most probably
do not. A public archive is at http://www.learning-org.com and you can
participate fully in learning-org discussions from that web site.
