just a comment:
i agree that control is an illusion or more so disallusion
i guess managers and work force are both responsible and indirectly
society too..becuse we formed this very strusture and expectation of what
and how control is defined.
that is why i like the principles of LO and systmes thinking because when
one grows together thru the sharing of visions and ownership of ideas and
the system...then only one gets real control..from not just top level but
control from each level of the system as a whole...shared blames and
shared rewards...
