Interesting effort. Without having a good background in Senge, et. al., I
have to rely on other ideas for assistance.
With the outcomes of a learning organization in mind, I think you are
intereseting in the process of how the organization operates and maybe how
it got there. Perhaps you might focus on the characteristics of the
current organizatoin, discoverig what it doe well then disect that
information to identify relevent learning organization traits.
