I'm am looking for different models and structures that support being a
"Team Based" learning organization. Specifically, visual models or
pragmatic concepts that deal with the issues related to having employees
working daily for team leaders while directly reporting to functional
department managers.
This matrix approach is rich with opportunity, while at the same time can
be very confusing and "gray" if not well architected. Anyone built this
house yet that would be willing to share?
