To the more-than-one-hundred of you who requested copies of my white paper
on "Second-Generation Knowledge Management," thank you for such a
fantastic response. I'm pleased to report that the same paper will be
appearing in the September issue of Knowledge Management Magazine, which I
hope will only attract more attention to this important turn of events in
the field of KM (i.e., the practice of KM as an instrument of
organizational learning, not just information retrieval).

Rick Karash has been kind enough to place my paper, as well as a follow-up
essay called, "Double-Loop Knowledge Management" on his server. Please
feel free to retrieve a copy of either, or both, for your review.
