I am involved in working with a company, who has recently bought out a
competitor. Whereas the competitor didn't put up a real fight, it wasn't
mutual love that brought the two together either. I wonder if any of you
have hints on literature, that deals with mergers, and experience with
working with the impact of it on the one that was bought. thanks a lot
