On the matter of fast & slow learning and some cognitive science research
on the dopamine & seratonin levels and some more information about
calm-composed leadership skills that calls for a significantly
higher-than-normal listening skills... here's a nice book.

I'd imagine there are other books... but this is one I came across that
was truly enjoyable... although, the author does get a little too
repetitive about "d-mode".
