Thanks muchly. I appreciate you taking the time to type this. What I was
wondering is whether Drucker is talking about very large organizations or
very small, with respect to the boss/decision- making/crisis issues.
I could see an organization of five partners responding very effectively
and cooperatively to a crisis without a hierarchy or boss. I can't see a
large organization doing so.
