Yes, of course. It's good that you take care of me, when I am throwing
around with concepts too carelessly.

I found 'added value' in Peters chart and my point was simply that while
focussing on the customer one should concentrate on value creation and all
the related systemic dependencies and leave the concept of 'added value'
aside for the moment.
