LOs within the Moslem tradition LO23315

I have been asked to help a small middle-eastern company develop its
personnel and training policies.

I come from an Anglo-Saxon Judeo-Christian tradition.

The Company is owned by a devout Muslim and is run on Islamic lines --
growth is financed internally (no borrowing) and the owner refuses to take
government contracts as that would involve bribery.

Before I visit the company I would like to understand more about what the
Moslem tradition has to contribute to ideas about developing a learning
organisation.

I am in touch with the Arabian Society for Human Resource Management but
they have so far discovered nothing on developing LOs in organisations run
on strictly Islamic lines.

I wonder if anyone can recommend any books, internet sites or other
resources that might help me.

Thank you very much

With best wishes
