In the December 1998 issue of Technology Source Magazine, Prof. Maggie
McVay has written a paper about * Facilitating Knowledge Construction and
Communication on the Internet*..In this article she has written about the
faculty development in the new environment, student development in the new
environment..and she also expressed that, *Communication is the key to
Maintaining the Learning Community*.

..Because we know *Communication* is the fundamental issue of a Learning
Community to facilitate the Knowledge. Further, she has also given a
thought ON --The keys to facilitating knowledge construction on the
Internet are INTERACTION and COMMUNICATION.
