Dear Tony and other LOers,
My name is Glebe Stcherbina (male), and like yourself I am undertaking
research into Organizational Learning using qualitative methodology and in
particular the case study method. My research topic is "How professionals
contribute to Organizational Learning". This is my 3rd year as a part-time
Doctor of Education candidate at The University of Sydney, Australia and
currently I am writing a Literature review focusing on research
methodologies. This Review is the final one of three Reviews before I
write my research proposal and ethics application. My plan is to commence
my field work early next year and some time before March 2000 I hope to
share some of my Literature Review findings with this group.
Until then, best wishes on your own research.
Kind regards
Glebe Stcherbina
