I guess Buddha and Christ would have made great friends if they had met.
Both said that I am the way. When I become 'Buddhist' or 'Christian' only;
I block that way of learning.
My point is that let us not make the world-views "out there" dictate how
we should think and feel. If we do not exercise the CHOICE of free and
independent thinking, we may endanger our learning. The following two
statements sum up what I think is at the core of learning:
If we don't believe anything then even the real world will appear
illusory. If we do not question any of our beliefs then we probably will
be living in a world of illusion.
