Hi Malcolm,
I am very sorry that my answer arrives so late.
My job-profile changed a lot in the last weeks, so I had to work in into
new projects.
Your idea about comparing values is really interesting. Did you
standardize your questions or do you use informal and open interviews?
Another interesting point: What happens when you received the answers? Did
you think about developing an approach how to change the organization with
the new informations?
