There will be a two-day workshop with Prof. Edgar Schein of the MIT Sloan
School of Management, in Cambridge, MA, March 30-31, 2000, entitled
"Corporate Culture and Transformative Change." The workshop is based on
Prof. Schein's latest book The Corporate Culture Survival Guide. Topics to
be covered include:
how can I analyze a culture that I am a part of?
what is the role of dialog in understanding culture?
how do I manage culture?
what is the impact of culture on change efforts?
The Culture workshop will be preceded by a 1/2-day workshop on Virtual
Teaming, "Virtual Teaming: Accelerating Team Performance Across
Boundaries," with Barbara Kivowitz and Laura Moorehead.
