Dear Gregorio

If I am understanding your meaning of role perception, you are talking
about role accountability and authority between people and groups of
people. The word perception is about understanding past and future events,
symbols or abstractions in the present.

If you are talking about authority and accountability that then is a
simple quest that you have.

What groups of people think others can do or tell (ask) them to do is
often different to what they think they can do. This is a very interesting
exercise, sometimes quite humorous.
