Edgar,
I am familiar with Martin and have met Donald. I published a workbook to
deriving your core goal that martin did with nic nichols. it is called
Assessing Core Goals. Martin was also working on a survey assessment
called Assessing Personal Goals. He did this work while he was at
Stanford. I don't have an email for Martin, but I think he is a dean at
George Mason university in Virginia.
I agree that these books are great although I have not read them
carefully.
I hope this helps
