Thank you for taking the time to put together your post! It is well worth
waiting (wading) through the time lapse between the event and now...

I read that these leaders say, in essense, that learning organizations are
made up of learning leaders, and learning invdividuals. Thank you for
allowing us to learn from their collected wisdom.
