Hi Igal,
Studying the relation between ICT and the learning organziation is very
interesting and relevant, because ICT will be (and already is) de most
powerful factor for continous change for the organization. There is a
nice publication on this subject from a social studies point of view: The
communication Superhighway by greg Hearn, Allen and Unwin, Australia, ISBN
1 86448 746 1.
ICT is seen from a social contuctivist point of view and therefore as a
promoter for learning
