Dear all:

I'm a beginner-level newbie who is attempting to learn something about
business systems.

I need some help with the following review questions:

What is an organisational perspective on problems? What makes
organisational problems more difficult to solve? give some exapmles.

Which is more successful in providing problem solving support - Mangement
information systems or decision support sytems? Explain.

With reference to the second part of the question, I would have thought
that DSS would be better as it provides alternatives, not just
recommendations.

Any enlightenment would be greatly appreciated.
