Here is a transcription of "Dialogue: A Proposal" by David Bohm, Donald
Factor, Peter Garrett, (Richard Burg)

   http://world.std.com/~lo/bohm/

David Bohm is one of the great figures, a distinguished physicist and the
most obvious originator of the dialogue concept as it is applied in
organizational work today.

Bill Isaacs studied with Bohm and has authored a book which I highly
recommend, "Dialogue and the Art of Thinking Together" Currency/Doubleday
1999.
