Replying to LO25079 --
If a company cannot learn, most likely personal growth will be much faster
than the company. You might want to discuss the real issues with those in
the senior level and really care about the company. You need management
buy-in. To be effective to change people's attitudes, possibly you need to
understand their likes and dislikes, then look at the benefits from their
aspects if they change.
