Although Senge and others contend that the learning organization model
applies to nearly all types of organizations and communities, I find few
applications to towns, neighborhoods, or other geographical communities.
Are you aware of any examples of cities, towns, or neighborhoods that have
used the learning organization approach to further community development?
Thanks in advance.
