Hello Everybody!

My name is Simone Loizzo, you can call me just Simone or Simone if you
prefer. I am 29 years old and I have a degree in Cultural Anthropology in
1996 and I attended an one year specialization course in Adult Education
in Rome (Italy).

I am one of the 8 partners of a small management consulting company based
in Rome.

My company provides services related to Technology Transfer, Cange
Management Project Management and Development of Human Resources in Italy
and abroad (mainly NIS and Mediterranean Countries)

My main responsibilities concern:
 - Intellectual capital management
 - Quality assurance;
On project basis, I also work in teams providing for clients the following
services:
 - Organization assessment and analysis;
 - Training needs analysis;
 - Training and Development programs design, implementation and monitoing;
 - Human resources development systems design and implementation.

I am trying to develop and implement a system capable to identify,
formalize, manage and maintain the intellectual capital of the company,
but the bulk of it is still trapped in senior partners' brains. The firm
is partially working as a learning organization already, but a lot has
still to be done.

I think at this point the reasons why I decided to join this list are
evident.

Simone
