Cesar asked I need tools to measure or evaluate the learning organization at
a company.
Maybe you can give me some questioner or something related to the subject
of my thesis.
May I suggest you measure the rate of improvement in the process the
organization uses to serve customers. Value added per employee hour is a
great one Sales per employee is another. The principle reason for learning
is to improve the way work works so measure how well work works.
