I checked with my dictionary and it says: 'anamnesis'. But I have chosen
the wrong word, for a good anamnesis asks a lot of questions on a persons
biography. If this would be done properly it could be of much help.
Unfortunately it takes a lot of time and for doctors, paid by health
insurances, time is literally money. So the pill is often prescribed
without a thorough anamnesis but just by asking for the symptoms.
