addendum to LO25616

When I see the subject "non-western theories of leadership" it occures to
me that non-western theories were actually developed by non-western
leaders. From my relatively narrow point of view, it seems that some of
the remarkable non-western leaders were, among other things and first of
all - teachers.

Non-western teaching methods are very close to my heart, and prove to be
very fruitfull at those instances when I truely manage to render an
authentic adoption.

References can be found allover - most were mentioned already here in this
thread and also under various other subjects of the kind. I would have
enjoyed the pleasure of quoting Rabindranat Tagor, on the matter of
helping people to discover their hidden knowledge and capabilities, rather
than telling them what to think or do, but all what I'm endowed with, at
the moment, is in hebrew ;-).

Thanks to those who had the patience to reach this line,

Judy
