Just a quick thought: wouldn't Senge's archetypal patterns serve as
admirable case studies in feedback? I've been a bit disappointed that
there hasn't been more discussion of them on the list. Are they
applicable in many real situations? Are they useful in understanding the
situations? Are there other archetypes that should be in a change agent's
toolkit?
Another thought: your research is likely to be itself an interesting
example of a learning process. What might you learn about feedback from
observing the process?
