important to a LO, and what is the best way to go about it?

Dear PEGGY and others,

'What' questions are difficult to answer, because one does not know if the
answer will be _valid_, i.e., whether it will be an answer to the
question. One strategy for dealing with the difficulty is to slightly
change the question to present it in the form 'What ... that ...?' For
example, 'What is collaboration that improves decision-making?' or 'What
is collaboration that promotes diversity?' or to use your next question,
'What is collaboration that is important to a learning organisation?'
