Hi Teresa --
First, I don't think I agree with the position of "matrix" as following
"network" and preceding "learning organization."
That said, I think you should take a look at the big oil companies... I
think they are making the kind of changes you are talking about.
I'm posting this on the LO list with Teresa's permission... Anyone else
have comments on this?
