Hello
I would like to introduce myself and seek your assistance. I have been
listening to the conversation here for a couple of weeks. I work on Human
Resource Development projects inside a large (6,000+) Australian Research
and Development organisation that is repositioning itself for the future.
We have identified that organisational learning is a critical success
factor for us to manage and nurture into the future. We also want to have
organisational learning tracked via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Can any members of the of the LO list please give me examples of any
effective KPIs for organisational learning or recommend a process to
identify them?
I am prepared to collate all the responses and provide this information to
the LO list in several weeks.
