Andrew,

Yup, I do know that song!

It sounds from your post that you don't often see reflection,
self-awareness, and the willingness to engage in candid critique! I don't
see it often but I do see it occasionally--mostly at the end of a learning
lab my partner and I that goes into the skillbuilding that facilitates
these kinds of things. However, to be sure, if there isn't a lot of
support for the behavior when the participants return to their home
organization, it's time to sing the song!
