Win-win as a value LO27962

I am trying to research companies with win-win cultures - specifically
acknowledged in their choice of values. I would be most grateful for any
help of the following kind:

SURVEY
Name of company (or other organisation type) that states win-win as a value
of its culture ( or synonym -what?)

If you have further details, such as :
complete value list of the company or any views on how it makes the value of
win-win measurable

I would also like to know if you believe there is a single more important
value for building a learning organisation (or network) that delivers
transparent value to its community of stakeholders: what is that?

If you are able to reply , please also say if you would like a copy of the
document I compile which collates the replies I get. Also if suitable,
please pass this mail on.

with sincere thanks
