Greetings Lynette,

Use Google's search engine at
Type in the second window
learning organisation
Type in the bottom right window (domain)
.za
(Remember the dot before the "za").

You will get some 458 hits. Happy hunting.

Perhaps it is wise to bear in mind that a LO cannot be obtained by the
training of its members in a few skills. There is a common falacy in South
Africa that to train people in the skills of a job to their optimum
potential to meet market needs, the developement of their creativity,
personality, social and national skills will become ensured. In short,
give them the skills for a job and then also the jobs and all the rest of
living humanely with joy will come automatically right.

With care and best wishes
