I use models from co-dependency when managing change because the models
help me plan strategies for working with and around people.

As for your request:

Have you read Alice in Wonderland? The game of croquet is quite an
interesting metaphor for life and managing change. I am indebted to
Gregory Bateson for pointing this out in his metalogues published in
'Steps to an Ecology of Mind'.
