Some of my contacts referred me to Prochaska & DiClemente's
Transtheoretical (stages of change) model, which may be similar to what is
used in co-dependency. While used extensively in treating various
addictions I have also seen some mention of using the model in
organizational change. However, I have not yet run across any journal
articles specifically in this area. Is anyone using this change model in
their organizational learning efforts?
