Thank goodness. The methods, philosophy behind what quality professionals
have known for years should become part of a whole method of leadership.
We should not think of it as separate from leadership/management at all.
There should be no Quality adjective in front of management just as it is
not normally put in front of leadership. In fact, I don't think I've seen
Quality typically in front of leadership to describe that term.
