Hi Vali,
If you are referring to: Identifying Training Needs, Planning Training,
Providing Training, and Evaluating Training, it has more to do with the
budget cycle than anything else. These are the things Training
Administrators need to do annually the same as any other Project that has
a budget. Project planning, tracking, and oversight are required to
ensure successful implementation. It will not end in the foreseeable
future in the business world. Regards.
