Value Strategies to help unite business goals LO29949

Greetings!

This is with respect to Organizational Performance Alignment.

It is a known fact that organizations that are successful in establishing
values-based workplace behavior invest in the identification of specific
performance measures associated with values, and will hold each other
accountable for alignment. Values-based behavior is strengthened when
performance metrics are established at three levels-individual, group, and
organizational-and there is shared responsibility for attending to
breakdowns and repairs.

Can anyone suggest some ideas to conduct a workshop on creating value
strategies to help the participants learn to make the organization's
values become practical reality? I am looking at some games as well as
quizzes or any creative exercise, which will enable the participants to
translate the values to practices in line with organization's vision,
mission and strategy, help the participants to identify exosting practices
that do not align with organizational values, and even to help them to
confront value breakdowns.

I am just in the planning stage of trying to built up a workshop on this.
So any ideas will be welcome.
